We had such a great time visiting the Goofy Goat Farm yesterday! 🐐🤠the residents LOVED feeding them vegetables and were giggling at how cute they were! ☺️ such a fun day!

Such a special day with family and friends 🧡

We started the morning off by getting some permanent jewelry by Stacey! Thank you so much, Stacey, for spending the morning with us! Also, THANK YOU to the people who sponsored our wonderful ladies. This is always such a special event✨

We also had our annual family picnic where we spent time sharing stories, laughing, eating some delicious food, and connecting with each other. The Beacon at Mapleton truly feels like one big family when we all get together 🧡

We ended the afternoon with a magic show, sparkling w**e, and charcuterie plates!

What a fun NEON day it’s been! 🧡💗💚🤩

We kicked the day off with Music Therapy and spent the morning laughing, singing, and dancing 🎶

Then we had some pretty amazing people show up with their classic cars!! The residents had sooo much fun putting on their “pit crew pass” lanyards, checking out the vehicles, meeting the owners, and reminiscing! HUGE thank you to the volunteers for taking the time to come visit us ❤️

We finished the day off with an Ice Cream Bar sponsored by Maggie from Maggie J's here in town 🍦everyone enjoyed creating their own ice cream bowl and thought it was so cool to be able to eat the bowl when they were done (waffle cone) 😆 thank you again and again, Maggie, for sponsoring this fun event!

The week long party continues! 🎉

We started the day off getting pampered by Cherre🤩She helped us feel our best and even added a little extra orange bling to the day! Thank you sooooo much, Cherre! 🧡

For lunch we had a pizza party!! Thank you to Moments Hospice for putting this together for us. The residents LOVED having Dominos, orange pop, and cookies!

We spent the afternoon hosting our own Olympics! Everyone had a blast competing and got awarded gold medals 🏅woohoo!

We spent most of the day dancing and singing through the decades 🧡🎶

HAPPY NATIONAL ASSISTED LIVING WEEK! 🧡

Yesterday was Grandparents Day! We celebrated with a fun breakfast of pancakes, read a special poem, and got all comfy for a movie day!

Today’s theme is “Rise and Shine” ☀️
We started the day off with a delicious brunch for our residents and staff, played a silly game that had everyone giggling, and made a sun catcher craft. We spent the afternoon enjoying some music with Bob and creating our own fruit pizzas! 💛

We aren’t letting this rainy weather bring us down! It’s the perfect day for an indoor carnival complete with games, prizes, fresh popcorn, warm mini donuts, circus acts, AND a surprise visit from an elephant 🤪🐘🎪

There’s truly something special about animals and their therapeutic ways🐾🥹

Yesterday we had the BEST furry friends come and visit our facility. Everyone hurried to gather around and wait for their arrival. The smiles and excitement were one of a kind. THANK YOU to Greater Mankato Area Therapy Dogs for the sweetest afternoon 🧡
