Guest speaker, Michael Goshey, enlightened us about his experience hiking the Appalachian Trail, along with other long-distance hikes!

His Q&A style presentation was much appreciated by residents and staff alike, and we all learned a lot about the lifestyle of a hiker and the grit it takes.
