It’s that time of the year again. This means it’s time to get your child’s back-to-school physical, making sure they are up to date on their vaccinations and feeling their best. Physicals are valid for 12 months.

Kindergarten well child and preschool physicals should be scheduled now. Please call our office to get this scheduled.

Athletic and camp physicals will be offered as walk-in visits for your convenience. Our walk-in physical times for both athletes and campers will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please bring your forms with you to your visit. A portion of these forms can usually be filled out before your arrival. If you do not have athletic forms we will have them available.

VACCINATION REMINDERS:
High school seniors will be required to get their meningitis vaccine prior to the start of school. Seventh grade students will be required to get a DTaP and meningitis vaccine prior to the start of school.

Due to the expected blizzard conditions, we will be opening late tomorrow. We plan to open at 11:00 AM and remain open until 5:00 PM, weather and road conditions permitting. Our Preston location will be closed.
