Life in a New England Village
In case you’re not aware, I love my town.
I love the people, the parks, the shops the harbor, the beaches and….
I love our restaurants.
The Driftwood has a deeply special place in my heart.
I could talk about the fried dough, sausage omelettes and the cheeseburger club sandwich…
I could talk about the banana pancakes and the masterpiece.
I could talk about magnificent team of people that work there…
But here’s the thing that I really want to say;
No one is ever lonely at the Driftwood.
For those of us who love this magical place, it’s not really about the food.
It’s about knowing that when you enter, your friends are there, even if they’ve never met you before.
As we say goodbye to this chapter, I call upon you, my fellow villagers to support Maria as she takes over.
She is a good human, a wonderful business owner, and her muffins are life changing.
No one is ever lonely at the Driftwood.
Let’s keep it that way.
