There comes a point where your body starts speaking louder than your mind.

The exhaustion.The tension.The heaviness.The feeling of forcing something that no longer fits.

Alignment isn’t just spiritual.It’s physical.

When we continue pouring ourselves into spaces, routines, relationships, or roles that no longer align… the body keeps score. It whispers first — through fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, tight shoulders, shallow breathing, burnout.

Then eventually, it screams.

One of the deepest lessons I’ve learned this season is that peace has a feeling. Alignment has a feeling. Your nervous system knows before your mind catches up.

As I transition into this next chapter — focusing deeper on hospice work, mobile massage, and expanding Michigan Roots Mobile Lab LLC — I’ve realized that alignment doesn’t always look comfortable at first… but it feels honest.

As many of you know, over the last several months I’ve been quietly building something alongside Rebel Soul Massage… and what started as a vision has grown beyond anything I could have imagined.

My mobile phlebotomy business, Michigan Roots Mobile Lab LLC, has flourished in the most beautiful and unexpected ways, and at the same time my hospice massage work has expanded deeply. Holding space for those at the end of life has changed me in ways I cannot fully explain. It is some of the most therapeutic, purposeful, soul-touching work I have ever done, and I truly feel called to go deeper into it.

There are not many people willing or able to hold space in that season of life, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I love this work. I love the connection. I love bringing comfort, presence, peace, and human touch where it’s needed most. Alongside that, my Mobile Lab has allowed me to serve people in a completely different but equally meaningful way. I genuinely feel that God has been leading me in this direction for quite some time, and for the first time in a long time, I feel fully aligned.

With all of that being said, I want to officially announce that Rebel Soul Massage will no longer be operating out of Spa-Toe-pia.

My last working day there will be May 29, and I’ll be spending that following weekend transitioning everything out and preparing the space beautifully for the next tenant.

This was not an easy decision. Rebel Soul Massage has been such a meaningful chapter of my life. The conversations, the trust, the healing, the laughter, the tears, the energy exchanged in that room… all of it has meant more to me than you know.

I want to thank every single person who has supported me, trusted me, referred me, encouraged me, hugged me, cried with me, prayed with me, and allowed me to hold space for them and their bodies over these last several years. You have helped shape me into the woman and practitioner I am becoming.

I also want to say thank you to everyone I’ve personally reached out to during this transition. Since November, I have seen a very large number of clients, and while I’ve tried my best to personally connect with as many people as possible, I know I may have unintentionally missed some of you. Please know that it was never from lack of gratitude or appreciation.

As I step into this next season, Rebel Soul Massage will transition into a limited mobile massage experience only.

I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead. Excited to serve differently. Excited to continue living with purpose. Excited to create a life and career that allows me to move, connect, breathe, serve, and truly be present.

There is something incredibly sacred about comfort care. 🤍

One of the greatest honors of my work is providing gentle massage, foot massage, reflexology, and comforting touch for hospice clients during some of life’s most tender moments.

Many people do not realize this service exists outside of certain hospice agencies… and I want families to know:
Just because your current hospice provider may not offer massage therapy does NOT mean you cannot still receive it.

You absolutely can call me directly.

Through Rebel Soul Massage, I offer compassionate comfort-focused bodywork created to support both the client and the family during this deeply emotional season of life.

Even something as simple as a gentle foot massage can help:

Happy Sunday, my Rebels ✨

Sundays… they hit different for me.
They’re my favorite day of the week.

I let my body rest—like really rest.
The kind where you don’t even get out of bed until your lower back starts talking back to you 🤣

Slow mornings.
Hot tea… sometimes coffee.
No rush, no pressure.

And let’s be real—Sunday is my “eat what I want (in moderation)” day.
Today? Bacon and French toast on the cast iron skillet…
PJs, slippers, hoodie on because Michigan still has a little bite in the air.

Coffee in hand.
Birds chirping.
Dog staring you down for a piece of bacon.
Roosters crowing in the distance.

Just being.

If you haven’t stepped outside and taken in all this Michigan green… you’re missing something sacred.
