Tooth decay doesn’t happen overnight.

Bacteria feed on sugars and produce acids that weaken enamel. Over time, that damage can develop into a cavity, and without treatment, decay can progress deeper into the tooth.

Regular dental exams and cleanings help catch problems early, when treatment is often simpler.
Dr. Michael Russ provides preventive, restorative, and comprehensive dental care to help keep your smile healthy.
