✨ Meet Our Staff: Jennifer Daniels, LPN ✨

As part of our Meet the Staff series, we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Daniels, our Clinic Nurse and Chronic Care Management Coordinator.

Jennifer has been a nurse for 14 years, bringing experience in both clinic nursing and home health. She is passionate about building relationships with patients, providing compassionate care, and helping individuals confidently manage their health.

In her role, Jennifer works closely with patients to coordinate chronic care, answer questions, assist with medication management, and help ensure each patient receives the support they need between office visits.

Her dedication, kindness, and genuine heart for serving others make her an invaluable part of the Torreya Healthcare team, and we’re thankful for the care she provides to our patients each day.

If you’ve called our office or stopped by Torreya Healthcare Marianna, chances are you’ve already met Dawn—the warm smile that welcomes you and the kind voice that greets you on the phone.

Dawn has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 21 years, and together they have five children and one grandson. Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts, spending time with her chickens, a good cappuccino (or iced chai latte!), and is an active member of RCC.

More than anything, Dawn has a genuine heart for people. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help make every patient feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
