This is so true! Even washing your hands or doing dishes

Form always comes first. Ego lifting is one of the fastest ways to stall progress and rack up nagging aches because moving more weight only counts if you can control it. Progressive overload still matters, but progressive overload means improving performance while keeping technique locked in, not letting reps get sloppier just to say the number went up. If the weight forces you to shorten range of motion, lose control, or change the movement, it’s too heavy for what you’re trying to accomplish. Master the reps, then earn the load.

Your body is just like a car. You gotta do regular maintenance, change your oil, and make sure the raccoons haven't made a den in your trunk. PT is like a tune up for your body, check the nooks and crannies and eliminate that weird clicking sound.
