We're at the HERmedicine Women's Health Update in Cincinnati today, and if you're in that room, you already know — the way we were trained to practice isn't the way the system lets us practice.

Ms.Medicine exists to change that.

Stop by our table during your break and let's talk about what it looks like to launch your own concierge practice, spend real time with your patients, and finally practice medicine the way you’ve always envisioned.

Tonight in Cincinnati, our network of physicians came together the night before the HERmedicine Women's Health Update — a full day of CME dedicated entirely to advancing women's care.

These are doctors who carve out time for continuing education, deepening their knowledge so their patients get the most current, thoughtful care possible. This is the community behind Ms.Medicine, and this is what their commitment looks like in practice.

The symptoms that tend to blindside women in perimenopause aren't the ones they were told to watch for.

They're the sleep that suddenly stops working, the anxiety that has no obvious source, the feeling that your mental sharpness has quietly slipped, the libido changes no one warned you about, the joint pain, the way your body composition shifts even when nothing else has changed. And to top it all off, it can start in your late 30s.

Most women don't get answers until they're sitting with a provider who actually knows menopause. You shouldn't have to spend years piecing this together on your own. Find a Ms.Medicine-affiliated physician who can finally give you those answers: MsMedicine.com/find-a-provider

Summer heat can place additional stress on the body, particularly for women managing chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disease, cardiovascular conditions, fatigue disorders, or endocrine concerns.

Even moderate heat exposure can contribute to worsening fatigue, dehydration, dizziness, inflammation, and other symptom flare-ups, making hydration, rest, and heat management especially important during the summer months.

If you are navigating chronic symptoms and looking for a more personalized approach to long-term health management, find your nearest Ms.Medicine-affiliated practice: MsMedicine.com/find-a-provider

Erectile dysfunction is often talked about as a men’s health issue, but the emotional impact frequently extends far beyond the partner experiencing it.

For many women, it can bring confusion, self-doubt, emotional distance, and questions that quietly go unspoken.

In reality, E.D. is a medical condition influenced by factors like cardiovascular health, hormones, stress, mental health, and aging, not a reflection of desirability, attraction, or relationship value.

Understanding what may actually be happening can change the way couples communicate, respond, and move through it together.

There's a version of a doctor's appointment where you're not spending the drive there wondering how it's going to go.

Where you don't have to decide how much of yourself to share before you know if it's safe to.

Where you can just be a patient.

That kind of care exists, and you can find it at every Ms.Medicine-affiliated practice: MsMedicine.com/find-a-provider

The challenge for many clinicians isn’t a lack of clinical expertise. It’s practicing within systems that leave too little time for patients, too much administrative burden, and limited ability to deliver the kind of care they envisioned when they entered medicine.

Ms.Medicine partners with physicians to launch and grow independent women’s health-focused concierge practices designed around more personalized, relationship-driven care.

From operations and technology to patient acquisition and ongoing community support, our network is built to help physicians create sustainable practices aligned with how they truly want to practice medicine.

Build a practice model that better supports both your patients and the future you want for your career. Learn more at MsMedicine.com/for-providers-about

Cancer survivorship doesn’t end after treatment.

For many women, the effects of treatment overlap with menopause and midlife health in ways that aren’t always clearly addressed. That can leave patients navigating new symptoms without a clear framework for what’s normal, what’s treatable, and where to go for guidance.

The OncoMenopause Consortium is designed to address that gap—bringing together nationally recognized experts to lead conversations focused specifically on menopause after cancer.

If you’re a survivor navigating these changes, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Join an upcoming session at OncoMenopause.org

Think about your last doctor's appointment. Did you leave with answers?

For most people, the honest answer is no. Not because their doctor didn't care, but because 15 minutes isn't enough time to get to the bottom of anything that actually matters.

When you have a physician with actual time for you, the conversation goes further. Questions get answered. Patterns get noticed. Care becomes proactive instead of reactive.

That kind of care exists, and Ms.Medicine affiliated physicians are bringing it to patients across the country. Find one near you today: MsMedicine.com/find-a-provider

"Menopause isn't a niche issue — it's a universal one."

Half the population will go through menopause, but what happens when their physician was never trained to help them through it? Years of symptoms get written off, questions are left unanswered, and women are made to feel like the problem is them, not the system.

In a recent Castle Rock City Lifestyle feature, Dr. Aaron Block of The Cove Concierge Medicine explored why menopause education matters, the gaps that still exist in physician training, and what it means to become a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)—a certification held by every physician in the Ms.Medicine network.

We're proud to see Dr. Block helping advance the conversation around menopause education and evidence-based midlife care.
