Gulf Relay is setting the pace for carriers by creating a driver-centric culture. They're fighting turnover and high recruitment costs by using coaching and technology to improve drivers' health, enhance company culture, and increase revenue.

Partnering with Espyr’s Fit to Pass program and their health coaches has changed the way they take care of their drivers, The Fit to Pass app allows for tracking of hydration, diet, and exercise. The app can also be used to talk with licensed mental health therapists 24/7.
