Starting a family doesn’t always happen as quickly or easily for some couples, and when it doesn’t, it’s important to look at the whole picture.

Male factors play a role in about half of couples experiencing fertility challenges, yet men are often under-evaluated.

As a men’s health specialist, I believe fertility should be approached as a team. If you’re having trouble conceiving, getting the right evaluation can help you understand what’s going on and what options may be available.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Don’t ignore it. 🚨

It's easy to write off, but er*ctile dysfunction (ED) can be an early sign of something bigger: heart health, blood flow, hormone levels.

A urologist or specialist can help you look into more advanced treatment options beyond the pill including injections, shockwave therapy, implants, and more. Specialists like us see these types of issues on a daily basis and can provide you with long term solutions.

A pe**le implant can be life-changing. But it’s not the right move for everyone.

Here are 4 reasons to think twice before surgery:
You want enlargement or enhancement. It is not a size surgery.
You are young and haven’t tried other options.
You have serious medical conditions.
You have significant dexterity issues in the hands.

Patient satisfaction with this procedure is very high. The goal is making sure every patient is truly the right candidate for it.

Pe**le implants aren’t one-size-fits-all. And most men don’t know that. 👀

As a pe**le implant specialist, Dr. Kapadia works with both Coloplast and Boston Scientific implants to help patients choose the option that fits them best.

When it comes to lunch I’m easy. Most days I’m skipping it to intermittently fast.

But when I do need a quick bite, catch me in the lunch room every now and then.
Curious to see where everyone else stands. Do you intermittently fast? Let me know below.

Pills. Injections. Implants. Pumps.

Most men don’t even know half of what’s available to them. They try one thing, it doesn’t work, and they assume that’s it. It’s not.

Oral Medications -  Usually the first thing people try and for good reason. They work well for a lot of men. But if they haven’t worked for you, that doesn’t mean you’ve run out of options. It just means this wasn’t your option.

Injections - We Know. It sounds like a hard no. But hear us out,  most men who try it say they wish they hadn’t waited so long. It works fast, it’s effective, and it works even when pills don’t.

Pe**le Implants - Permanent. Internal. Invisible. And the highest satisfaction rates of any ED treatment, from both patients and partners. For men who are done trying and ready for a real long-term solution, this is often the answer.

Those are just a few of the options available to you. There’s no single fix that works for everyone. But there is going to be something that works for you.

Did you know that vasectomy reversals aren’t the only solution to fertility after a vasectomy?

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) allows s***m to be retrieved directly from the testicle and used to fertilize an egg in a lab. No reversal surgery needed.  You have more options than you think. A vasectomy doesn’t have to be the end of your family-building journey,  it may just mean taking a different path to get there.
