Successful hospital VBAC for a 4FM (fourth time mom)!

Nicole is one of those people you meet and remember forever. The kind of person who takes you under their wing and radiates mother/big sister energy. She is an incredible mother and overall human being. Her husband also deserves a shout out for being so tender, loving and gentle. You know when you meet a couple that is genuinely in love with each other? That's them. Witnessing how birth can bring couples closer together is one of my best parts of this work.

Being invited into my best friends' birth spaces has been the biggest honor of my life. Selena was my neighbor turned best friend. We quickly became each other's village. Popping over for a cafecito, cooking a meal and meeting at the fence to share how good it turned out with each other. I hope you read her story and feel encouraged by her strength and determination. Sharing birth stories can encourage others and empower YOU. It's all about taking a moment to celebrate the transformation that birth is. The strength you had to tap into to come out the other side. It is voicing your unique passage into motherhood.

No matter how your birth unfolded, it is your story.
It is a part of YOU and you might not know how much of a testimony it is to other mothers.

I would be honored to share more birth stories on here. All types of births not just the "IG worthy" ones. Birth is raw, vulnberable, unique and an existential part of our lives.
