Trauma is not cultural, but what it can be is structural. And structural trauma greatly impacts community patterns:

Transmitted traumatic stressors refer to the traumatic stressors that are transferred from one generation to the next. These stressors can come from historically racist sources or may be personal traumas passed down through families and communities.

The BIPOC community are at an increased risk of developing psychological traumas due to sustained collective trauma from structural/systemic, institutional, interpersonal, and/or internalized racism.

As a mental health clinician, I know that this is not a solution of individual awareness, but of systemic change needed. It is also important however, to begin understanding your internal warning signs and coping mechanisms that you can practice/engage in to decrease risk of internalized crisis or traumatic flooding.
