Kirsten is doing her cervical strap to prepare her midback for the adjustment. The bones move more easily after those ligaments become more flexible. Spinal Decompression comes after the adjustment. I can definitely tell she is standing up straighter these days....

More men are finally realizing what women have understood for years:
Taking care of your body regularly matters.

Therapeutic massage can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, support recovery, improve mobility, decrease stress, and even help improve sleep quality.

At Transformation Wellness Team, massage is often part of a bigger wellness and recovery strategy designed to help patients move better and feel better overall.

When your muscles are constantly tight and stressed, your body feels it everywhere.

Recovery should not be an afterthought.

Pat has been a Team Member for over 10 years. She is doing her Wall traction exercise before her adjustment. At 86 years old, this is one of the main reasons she does not have the "Old Lady Hump". My favorite story was when she had a chance to go to the front of the voting line, but one lady in line said it was unfair and didn't believe her age because she was moving so well!!

Have you ever noticed the same pain keeps returning over and over again?

Maybe it’s your low back.
Your neck.
Your shoulder.
Your sciatica.

It improves for a while… then suddenly flares back up again.

In many cases, recurring pain happens because the body started compensating long ago. When one area becomes weak, restricted, inflamed, or unstable, other muscles and joints begin picking up the slack.

Eventually, those compensation patterns create stress throughout the body.

That’s why temporary relief sometimes isn’t enough.

At Transformation Wellness Team, we look beyond where the pain is showing up and focus on how the body is functioning as a whole. The goal is to improve movement, stability, recovery, and long-term resilience instead of constantly chasing flare-ups.

Your body adapts incredibly well.
Sometimes too well.

One of the first things many people say after an MRI is, “I have a slipped disc.” The interesting part is discs don’t actually “slip.”

What’s usually happening is that a spinal disc has started to bulge, weaken, or herniate, which can place pressure on nearby nerves and tissues. That pressure can lead to symptoms like back pain, numbness, tingling, sciatica, weakness, or pain traveling into the arms or legs.

But here’s what most people are never told:

➡️Not every disc issue causes pain.
➡️And not every painful back problem is caused by a disc.

That’s why a full evaluation matters.

At Transformation Wellness Team, we look at the entire picture. Movement patterns. Muscle imbalance. Nerve involvement. Stability. Inflammation. Lifestyle habits. Recovery patterns.

➡️The goal isn’t just to chase symptoms.
➡️It’s to understand why the problem developed in the first place and help your body move better long term.

A diagnosis should give you direction, not fear.

Weekend warrior?

Recovery matters more than you think.

A lot of men spend the week sitting behind desks, then ask their body to suddenly perform at a high level on weekends through golf, pickleball, workouts, yard work, hiking, or home projects.

The body can absolutely stay active as we age, but recovery becomes more important.

At Transformation Wellness Team, we use chiropractic, soft tissue therapy, decompression, rehab exercises, stretching, FSM, and recovery-focused care to help active adults recover smarter and stay moving longer.

You don’t have to accept feeling sore, stiff, or exhausted after every activity.

Your body works hard for you.
Take care of it accordingly.

“I’ll be fine.”

A phrase we hear from men all the time.

The problem is that many men wait months… sometimes years… before addressing pain, stiffness, injuries, headaches, fatigue, or mobility issues.

By the time they finally seek help, the problem has often become bigger and harder to correct. Taking care of your health is not weakness. It’s one of the smartest investments you can make in your future.

At Transformation Wellness Team, we help patients address the root cause of pain and movement issues through chiropractic, rehab, recovery therapies, stretching, decompression, and wellness-focused care designed to keep you active long term.

The goal isn’t just to feel better temporarily.
It’s to help your body function better so you can continue doing the things you love.

Men’s Health Month is a great reminder:
You do not have to wait until things get worse.
