What a journey these last 13 weeks have been. I’m inspired, grateful, and proud of everything we accomplished along the way.
To be selected as one of only 150 business owners for this National Cohort, representing 38 states across the country, was truly an honor. The competition was tough, and I know many incredible business owners applied but were not selected. I do not take this opportunity lightly.
A special thank you to John Paschal from the Urban League of Greater Atlanta for continuously pushing me to apply. Last year he kept asking, “Did you apply yet?” Before my interview, he gave me simple but powerful words of encouragement: “Doc, you got it.”
I still remember preparing my business financials, completing the interview process, and then showing up for four days a week of classes, homework, discussions, growth planning, and nonstop learning while running my business. Wow... we really did that.
To the 40 business owners of Cohort 25, Section 3—thank you for the friendships, support, accountability, and inspiration. I love you all, and we're stuck with each other as we continue building and growing our businesses.
I’m proud to now join more than 18,000 alumni as a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses with Babson College. This experience challenged me to think bigger, lead differently, and build a greater vision for the future of Invigor Physical Therapy while giving me insights I can use to help other business owners grow as well.
Now it’s time to put the work, strategy, and vision into action.
The next chapter starts now. Let’s go!
