🍽️ Ingredients
Tart Shell
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 large egg yolk
1–2 tablespoons ice water (if needed)
Stone Fruit Filling
4–5 ripe stone fruits (peaches, plums, apricots, cherries, etc.), pitted & sliced
¼ cup apricot jam
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

✔️ Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly.
✔️ Stir in egg yolk and ice water until dough forms.
✔️ Chill 1 hour.
✔️ Roll into tart pan.
✔️ Blind bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, then bake another 10–12 minutes until golden.
✔️ Cool completely.
✔️ Arrange sliced fruit beautifully.
✔️ Brush with melted, strained apricot jam.
✔️ Chill 30 minutes and garnish with mint if desired.
