Your marriage is worth it. Marriage Intensives might be exactly what you're looking for.

Marriage intensives ARE for couples who:
✔️ Feel stuck in the same conflict cycles
✔️ Want deeper healing and breakthrough faster than weekly therapy alone
✔️ Need focused time away from daily distractions
✔️ Are rebuilding trust after disconnection, betrayal, or major transitions
✔️ Want practical tools and meaningful conversations
✔️ Are motivated to participate honestly and intentionally in the process

Marriage intensives may NOT be the best fit for couples who:
✖️ Have ongoing abuse or unsafe dynamics present
✖️ Are unwilling to engage in the process openly
✖️ Are looking for a quick “fix” without continued work afterward
✖️ Have one partner fully disengaged from participating

An intensive is not about perfection. It’s about slowing down long enough to understand the patterns underneath the pain—and creating space for repair, clarity, and healthier connection.

If you’re wondering whether a marriage intensive may be a good fit for your relationship, we’d love to help you explore your options. Contact our office for more information.

We’re so proud of our Marietta provider, Andrew Wallace, LCSW, for his recent podcast feature on The Keys to Therapy sharing insight on mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth 🎙️

Andrew brings a thoughtful and grounded perspective to the work he does with clients every day, and we loved seeing him help make conversations around mental health more approachable, practical, and encouraging.

At Atlanta Wellness Collective, we believe conversations like these matter deeply because healing starts when people feel safe enough to talk honestly about what they’re carrying.

Thank you, Andrew, for representing our team and the mental health profession so well 👏

ON THE BLOG: Suns Out, Structure Still Matters: Helping Neurodiverse Kids Transition Into Summer by Lyzz Neal, LMSW

For many kids, summer break feels like freedom: sleeping in, splash pads, and endless snacks. For neurodiverse children, especially those with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, anxiety, or learning disabilities, the sudden shift from school routines to summer chaos can feel less like vacation and more like emotional whiplash.

Learn more about how to support your children's transition well into summer break. Read the full post at link in bio!

The school year is ending, and a new rhythm is beginning. ☀️

For families, summer can feel both freeing and overwhelming. Try:
• Creating simple, predictable routines
• Leaving space for boredom (it builds creativity!)
• Checking in emotionally, not just logistically

You don’t have to make it perfect—just present.

Schedule online today for support for yourself or your child this summer.

We are so proud of two of our amazing providers, Colin Morris (Acworth) and Ansley Brague, LAPC (Marietta), for being featured on the Mount Paran Christian School “From the Mount” Podcast 🎙️

In this powerful conversation, they discuss the growing mental health challenges facing students and families today, how counseling can provide support long before a crisis occurs, and practical ways parents can create safe conversations at home.

They also share encouragement for families navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional struggles, and the importance of seeking support without shame.

Both providers are also Mount Paran alumnae!

At Atlanta Wellness Collective, we deeply believe that healing happens in safe relationships and supportive communities, and we’re incredibly grateful for clinicians who continue to advocate for mental health with wisdom, compassion, and hope in their community.

We’re so proud of you both and this conversation 👏
