In the latest installment of our VSA 40 series, Dr. Chervu looks back on three decades of building this practice. He talks about bringing endovascular surgery and TCAR to our patients, opening our outpatient labs so people could be treated without a trip to the hospital, and helping launch the services that define VSA today: our vascular labs, the vein clinic, wound care, and our prosthetics program.

It is a story about people as much as medicine. The early doctors, the team that carried the work forward, and leaders like Betty Bowman who pushed us to keep growing.

As Dr. Chervu steps back after 30 years, we are grateful for everything he built and everyone he cared for along the way.
