Grateful 🥲 This family is a beacon of Gods light. 2nd unassisted home birth this month. 3 home births in total. Most don’t know what is possible and sight with the birthing process. You must seek out those that do. Once you know you can’t go back. (Or certainly wouldn’t want to) Every Birth brought forth in Trust and Love sends a ripple through the field of possibility 🌊💙

Isn’t it incredible how life will stare you in the face with messages of truth. ☕️ (A practice member set this down with her stuff before getting adjusted today) I know I have felt this way before. What is probably meant as a ‘ha ha’ on a coffee mug has been the subconscious reality for the masses. Whether it is a person who developed hyper vigilance to cope with an abusive environment as a child, or an adult caught up in the cultural conditioning of ‘overextend’, ‘overcommit’, ‘overwork’, ‘push/grind/go into exhaustion’, all as a badge of honor….. people’s survival brains are actually afraid to RELAX as they have been led to believe ‘It’ will all fall apart. We have work to do.

🪶 Community 🪴 a core value that guides our practice. Anyone who comes to Lifeworks knows this. YESTERDAY 💗 was a very special day. I had the honor to serve our community before flying to Colorado to Grow~Learn~Serve. 🎵On the way to the office I got a ‘hit’ to call the office and let them know to play Sinatra Radio for morning serving. Well, came for one of her last visits as a student. I introduced her to Millie and they hit it off. When it was Millie’s turn she asked if Bella could assist checking her. ❤️‍🔥 YES, intern for a day! Then the next child ….. how sweet. THIS is what it’s all about. That’s Amore 🤌
