Animal-assisted therapy can provide comfort, reduce stress, and help create a sense of safety during the counseling process. A therapy dog's calm presence can make it easier to open up, manage anxiety, and stay grounded in the moment.

Sometimes healing begins with a conversation. Sometimes it begins with a wagging tail. ❤️

This is just heartbreaking. Our sweet Jujube is 2 weeks into her heartworm treatment. She doesn’t understand why she has to go in her crate all day, only coming out for 5 minute bathroom breaks. I can’t stand those sad eyes looking out at me, but she’s accepted her fate. In true therapy, dog style, Jack has been right there to comfort her choosing to hang out in the crate with her all day. 😥🐾❤️
