Hospice360 is a patient and family centered hospice care provider in Metro Atlanta that focuses on caring and supporting you and your loved ones during a terminal illness. We specialize in hospice care services to individuals with a prognosis of six months or less in compliance with all state and Medicare guidance. At Hospice360, we understand that end of life can be an emotional and spiritual journey for the whole family, which is why our hospice care agency offers individualized care to patients at their home that addresses their specific needs. We spend time with you, your family, and your doctor to develop a customized care plan so you can spend the remaining days of your life as comfortably and fully as possible.

What a blessing it was for the opportunity to host cookies and cocoa alongside BrightStar Care Cherokee County for the residents at The Lodge at BridgeMill Senior Living 🎁 A wonderful time we had during the most wonderful time of the year! A big thanks to Rachel Navarro, activities director, for inviting us and helping to make this event a success! Not to mention their beautiful complex that added that extra cozy, holiday magic ✨❄️

A lot happening this holiday season! 🎁What a blessing it was for the opportunity to host cookies and cocoa with BrightStar Home care at The Lodge at BridgeMill Senior Living. A wonderful time we had during the most wonderful time of the year! A big thanks to Rachel Navarro, activities director, for inviting us and helping to make this event a success! Breast cancer not only affects the body but touches every part of a person's life. Which is why our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual needs during every stage of a patient’s journey.

Introducing Dr. Carl Goolsby Jr.! Dr. Goolsby serves as a Medical Director for Hospice 360, bringing with him a wealth of experience with many years practicing as a Primary Care Physician. Dedicated to patient-centered care, Dr. Goolsby has spent his career ensuring families receive compassionate, comprehensive medical support.

Beyond his professional role, Dr. Goolsby enjoys the outdoors and the simple joys of life. He spends much of his free time on his cattle farm, where he finds peace and fulfillment. Most importantly, he cherishes time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, who remain at the heart of his life.

His blend of clinical expertise and down-to-earth compassion makes him an invaluable leader within our care team and a trusted advocate for the patients and families we serve. Thank you Dr. Goolsby!
