Our liaison Lynn did a fun education with the residents at Ashton Manor on hydration! Dehydration can affect cognition and increase risk for Urinary Tract Infections. Residents enjoyed learning about the hydrating benefits of watermelon and cucumbers and then tasting sweet & savory recipes.

Our Marketing Assistant Misty, had a vision— of vision of taking shopping to those who couldn’t get out to shop. Our community partner, Cameron Hall was delighted to host the inaugural opening of the Heritage Hall!

We had a line waiting outside 30 minutes prior to opening! And the best part for the residents was that all of the items were free!

Special thanks to the community who donated clothing to the store and to Cameron Hall for having us!

Great care comes from great teams! Our employee of the month program recognizes outstanding effort and care by being 100% peer nominated and elected! Running a little behind, but our May employee of the month is Ms. Felecia Duncan, RN Charge nurse at our inpatient unit. Yesterday we surprised her in the middle of the day for her outstanding commitment to comfort!!
