How would you help your fish?
The obvious answer is to clean where it lives and see what happens from there right?
The same idea can be used for us as well.
When you are sick, do you automatically go for the medications? If you are chronically getting sick, you may want to look at your environment. Are you eating clean? Exercising? Avoiding toxins?
Doing these things to improve your "living conditions", can help boost your immune system.
Another way to help body your immune system is by getting adjusted to make sure your nervous system operating at its highest level.

My "Why"
- Because this little guy deserves to start life out with a clear nervous system.
- Because maybe his reflux is a miscommunication between his brain and his body, and by helping connect the two with a gentle adjustment, maybe he'll feel better.
-And, perhaps a little selfishly, because there's nothing better than baby snuggles.

Meet our newest practice member Aiden! He got his first adjustment yesterday at 1 week old!

Mom and Dad were both adjusted before, during, and after the pregnancy, and this little family is thriving beautifully!!

The birthing process can put stress and strain on baby's spine, so we love seeing babies as soon as we can after birth to give them the best start in life.
