When you’re the one taking care of everyone else, who takes care of you?

Sometimes love is as simple as someone noticing you’re tired and saying, “I’ve got dinner tonight.”

Because being the strong one doesn’t mean you don’t need care, too.

My latest blog, Being the Strong One in a Relationship: When You Need Care, Too, is now up.

Loving someone and knowing how to love them well are not necessarily the same thing.

That distinction is at the heart of Love in Practice—a conversation about the patterns we bring into relationships and the everyday ways we learn to love.

It’s finally here! 🎙️🌹

The very first episode of Love in Practice is now live on Spotify!

Episode 1: Why Love in Practice?

Love doesn’t come with a manual. And even if it did, we’d probably hand it to our partner and say, “Here. You need this.” 😉

In this first episode, I share why I started this podcast and something I’ve learned through years of working with couples: loving someone and knowing how to love them well aren’t necessarily the same thing.

Join me as we explore love, relationships, and the wonderfully messy business of being human.

Every moment, a chance to love better. 🌹

Whatever Happened to Seduction? 🌹

Just because you’ve been together for years doesn’t mean you have to retire from flirting! 😉

When was the last time you made an effort to woo your partner—not because you expected something in return, but simply because you wanted to?

A little romance. A little playfulness. A little curiosity.

Sometimes we forget that being in a relationship doesn’t mean the courtship has to end.

💬 So tell me, are you still dating your partner?

If this resonates, like, save, or share it with someone who might find it helpful.

Whatever Happened to Seduction? 🌹

Remember when you couldn’t wait to see each other?

The flirting. The anticipation. The little gestures that made you feel wanted.

Somewhere between work, children, and the routines of everyday life, couples can lose the excitement of courtship while still expecting the same desire.

But intimacy isn’t an obligation.

Desire isn’t something you demand. It’s something you invite.

In my latest post on the Love in Practice blog, I explore how couples can rediscover desire, bring back playfulness, and make intimacy something they both look forward to again.

Something new has bloomed. 🌹

Introducing the Every Moment – Rose Edition Mug.

Love isn’t always found in grand gestures. Sometimes, it lives in the smallest moments—in a little more patience, a thoughtful word, or simply choosing to show up for someone we love.

Because love isn’t just something we feel. It’s something we practice.

Every moment, a chance to love better.

A little reminder to carry into your everyday moments. 🤍

Even the strongest relationships have hard moments.
What matters is knowing how to repair.

Secure attachment isn’t a life without hurt, anger, or conflict. It’s knowing that a hard moment doesn’t have to mean the end of connection.

And you don’t have to grow up with that kind of security to develop it.

You can earn it—one repair, one honest conversation, one return to connection at a time.

Your history may shape your blueprint. But it doesn’t have to be your destiny. 🤍

Part 4 of The Blueprint of Love.

The person you love is not organized around you.

Not around your fears.
Not around your timing.
Not around what makes immediate sense to you.

And that is not a failure of intimacy.
It is what makes intimacy possible.

Love asks us to make room for a separate person—someone with their own mind, history, desires, boundaries, and way of seeing the world.

The work is not to become the same.
It is to remain curious enough to keep reaching toward each other anyway.
