You wake up and you just don’t have it. Nauseous, didn’t sleep, everything feels heavy.
You have more than two options. It isn’t train hard or skip.
Here’s what to change instead — all of this you can do on your own:
✅warm up twice as long as usual. Some days that’s the whole session, and that’s fine
✅swap floor core for standing core
✅use machines instead of free weights, less to stabilise, less to think about
✅ go upper body only
✅Cut your reps, drop the volume

Lower the demand. Don’t remove it.
And the part nobody warns you about: a lot of the time you’ll feel better at the end than you did walking in. Not always. But often enough that it’s worth trying the lighter version before you decide to skip.
Some days you adjust. Some days you push. Both count.
Save this for the day you need it 🤍

Magical airplane 🔥

If you only have time for one exercise a day — do this. Seriously. Your hips will be happier than ever.

I use this with my pregnant and postpartum clients.

Modifications: bodyweight or weighted.
5–10 each side — and if you’re in the mood, make it a few sets.

Save this so you actually do it tomorrow.

Before going back to workouts postpartum — slow down.

I know the feeling.
You want to feel like yourself again.

But rushing this stage can do more harm than good.

If you can, visit a pelvic floor physical therapist —
just to understand how your body is healing.

And start simple:
• Gently check your core — no pain, no pressure
• Start with breathing — reconnect to your body
• Add light mobility — nothing forced
Think about your postpartum stage
as an opportunity to rebuild a stronger version of yourself.
Like an athlete in recovery —
after a long season or an injury,
you don’t jump back in at full intensity.
You rebuild.
Increase your intensity slowly by 5–10%
Stay consistent.
You’ve got this
I’m here for you 🤍

Your child will grow bigger and faster each month… and every year.

You will lift and carry more weight than you think.
And you have to be ready
to run, jump, climb and to play with them.

This is exactly what I teach my clients,
to be strong for you and for them 🤍

Doming in pregnancy is just feedback!

Doming (or coning) isn’t something to panic about.
It’s simply your body telling you:

👉 “Hey, the pressure is a bit much right now.”

During pregnancy, your core is already under load.
When pressure isn’t managed well, it shows up as doming.

This doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
It means your body is asking for an adjustment.

✨ Slow the movement
✨ Change your breath
✨ Modify the load or position

Learning how to manage pressure is one of the most important skills during pregnancy, for exercise and everyday life.

Your body is always communicating.

10 Prenatal Habits to Feel Better During Pregnancy by Natalia 😉

1. Practice diaphragmatic breathing daily
Some benefits include:
Activates the deep core and pelvic floor, reduces stress, and supports posture.
Improves oxygen flow and prepares your body for labor.

2. Move your body every day
Even 5–10 minutes of intentional movement supports circulation, mobility, and energy.

3. Take your prenatal vitamins consistently
Supports your nutrient needs and your baby’s development.

4. Be mindful of your posture throughout the day
Your daily posture matters more than one workout.
Good alignment supports your back, core, and pelvic floor.

5. Keep a water bottle with you
Staying hydrated supports circulation, digestion, and energy levels.

6. Nourish your body with nutrient-rich foods
Focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and calcium-rich dairy.
Aim for fewer processed foods and less added sugar.

7. Walk daily
Supports circulation, boosts mood, and yes — it burns calories too.
Don’t underestimate walks.

8. Pregnancy brain is real 😄 — plan ahead
Slow down, don’t rush, and be gentle with yourself.

9. Prioritize rest and recovery
Your body is working hard — rest supports your nervous system and overall well-being.

10. Bring a snack wherever you go
Helps maintain energy levels and steady blood sugar.

As we step into 2026, I just want to say THANK YOU.
Being part of your pregnancy or postpartum journey is never ‘just work’ for me, it’s truly an honor. 🤍

You are doing an amazing job. Even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.
Keep showing up for yourself.
I’m so grateful for every mama I get to support!
