Yesterday I overheard a phone call in the waiting area and it melted my heart.
•
This person could HEAR the heart of my business. The golden oldies soundtrack, the little bit of technical talk, and of course the laughter.
•
I may be small but these glimmers remind me that my work matters and the environment I have created is appreciated.
•

Pilates! She was doing Pilates as part of our care plan. When you’re an active patient of this practice you have access to private Pilates sessions.

That’s because Pilates, when used as a complement to chiropractic, becomes a therapeutic exercise. Insurance covers Pilates in this office!! 🙌🏻

I’ve gotten the question a lot lately- “so what’s in the room where your office was?”

While I dreamed of a beautiful library, it turns out our big ol treadmill needed the space more.

We call it the mud room and while it’s very functional- it’s not as aesthetically pleasing as a library would have been. And also my books are scattered all around the house still 😅

This past week was a fun one for me as I was able to help a few clients take the next step in their Pilates practice.
•
This was the first time I’ve been able to witness the leap from one level to the next. From shaky to strong, from uncoordinated to controlled. It was so exciting for everyone!
•
I’m so grateful that this new method is being well received, and the fact that four people told me last week “I feel so good when I leave!” - that’s just icing on the cake.
•

I have a last minute opening tomorrow January 23rd in the morning for a DISCOUNTED Pilates private and adjustment- or a total alignment as I like to call it.
