Today is National Purple Heart Day. Purple Hearts are awarded to the US service members who were wounded or killed during combat. We honor the men and women who earned the Purple Heart for their service and sacrifice.

The Port of Call theme for this month is Bora Bora! Bora Bora is a beautiful tropical island, and we are excited for the residents to experience their culture this month through food, activities and fun. We can't wait! 🏖️

Volleys, laughter, and smiles filled the room during our balloon volleyball game! Our residents had a fantastic time staying active, cheering each other on, and enjoying some friendly competition. It's amazing how a simple balloon can bring so much joy, laughter, and teamwork! We're always finding fun ways to keep our residents moving, connected, and making wonderful memories together!

Our residents had a great time enjoying a friendly game of pool today! From practicing their shots to sharing laughs and a little friendly competition, it was a wonderful way to stay active, socialize, and have fun together. It's always a joy to see our residents making memories and enjoying the activities they love. Who says a little competition isn't good for the soul?🎱

There is something truly special about hearing the timeless melodies of old church hymns fill our halls. One of our incredibly talented residents shared the gift of music by playing beloved hymns on the piano, bringing back cherished memories and filling everyone's hearts with peace and joy. We are so grateful to celebrate the amazing talents of our residents and the moments that bring us together! 🎹

What a fun-filled week we had at Vacation Bible School! Our residents had a wonderful time learning about Bible heroes and connecting their stories to the heroes we have in our lives today. Each day was filled with meaningful Bible lessons, creative crafts, and delicious snacks that brought smiles to everyone's faces.

It was a week full of faith, fellowship, laughter, and learning. We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this special week such a success. Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and everyone who shared in this incredible experience. We are already looking forward to next year! ❤️
