🌿 DAY 2: WHAT YOU PUT ON YOUR BODY 🌿
One of the things we’ve been most intentional about with a new baby is keeping the products closest to Cooper as clean as possible—especially his clothing, pajamas, bedding, and diapers.
Our skin is our largest organ, and babies spend nearly all day wrapped in fabrics. Choosing cleaner materials and limiting unnecessary chemical exposure is one small way we can support their growing bodies.
This sweet photo of Cooper and his Gigi, Dr. Cooper, is a reminder that wellness starts with the little things 💚
As we continue sharing our Clean It Up Challenge Guide, today’s focus is on clothing choices. When possible, look for natural fibers like organic cotton, linen, h**p, and wool, especially for the items that spend the most time against your skin.
Remember, this isn’t about perfection—it’s about making intentional swaps where you can. Small changes add up over time.
