If you have seasonal allergies the NAET treatments that I offer are super helpful. I can find out what your particular reactions are caused by. It might be pollen, flowers, grass, or the most common ones I discover are weeds and trees, These can easily be desensitized.

A good way to ingest some dandelion is to add some Dandy Blend to your coffee. It also contains chicory root which is a coffee substitute. Picture in comments
