Softening isn’t something we force. It’s something we allow.

In tomorrow's Soften restorative yoga flow, we practice the gentle art of loosening what’s been gripping. The jaw, the belly, the stories we’ve been carrying alone. We slow down enough to notice where the body whispers “please… a little less holding.”

This flow is an invitation to unclench, to breathe wider, to let your edges blur just enough that you can feel yourself again. If you’ve been craving a moment of tenderness, come soften with us.

Your body knows the way home.🩷

Sunday, September 13th at 9:30am.
Cost is $15.

Arriving usually means you've reached a place. In this practice, the place you're reaching is you.

Not fully, not finally. Just enough to feel the edges of your own presence again. Enough to sense your body is not a stranger or a battlefield, but a place you can return to.

This week, we explore what it means to land in your body without forcing calm, without performing ease, without needing to be anywhere other than here.

Arriving is a small homecoming. Feeling a sensation. Noticing your breath. A moment of honest contact with your own aliveness.

If you're craving a practice that feels like returning, like grounding, like remembering yourself again, Arriving is for you.

Join me on the mat. Let's arrive. 🧘🏻‍♀️🩷

Coming Home to Your Body begins this Sunday, and we would love for you to join us.

Most of us spend our days living near our bodies, not in them. This four week restorative yoga series is a gentle invitation to return. To arrive, to soften, to listen, and to practice being in relationship with yourself.

If you're ready to connect with your body in a way that feels compassionate and real…

If you're ready to soften and notice the conversation unfolding between your backbone and your heart…

If you're ready to explore how this becomes a practice rather than a moment…

This is for you.

We start Sunday, September 6th at 9:30am and keep returning home together each week through September.

Long story short... Goat has been loved on and we're back at it. 🐐🩷

Thanks for reaching out with encouragement, checking on her, and loving on us.

I'll be reaching out this week to get people rescheduled and with all my heart, I can't wait to see you all.

Thank you for holding space for us as we've navigated this one. I couldn't do this without you.

Big love, always!

Showing up is its own kind of ritual.
Not the dramatic kind, but the quiet kind. The kind that asks you to meet yourself honestly.

To show up regularly isn’t about perfection or discipline for discipline’s sake.
It’s about relationship.
It’s about returning.

What does it look like to show up?

It looks like rolling out your mat even when your energy is low.
It looks like arriving with whatever your body is carrying today. Tenderness, ache, joy, numbness, curiosity.
It looks like choosing presence over performance.

To show up with compassion means softening the edges.
Letting your breath be enough.
Letting your body be exactly as it is.
Letting the practice hold you instead of trying to “do it right.”

To show up with curiosity means asking gentle questions:
What’s here today?
What’s shifting?
What wants attention?
What wants rest?

Curiosity turns every shape into a conversation.
Compassion turns every moment into a homecoming.

Your movement ritual isn’t about mastering the pose. It’s about meeting yourself again and again, with tenderness and truth.

Show up with us.

Breath & Balance every Saturday at 9:30a.
Restorative yoga every Sunday at 9:30a.
1:1 yoga therapy available.

Most of us are so practiced at being hard on ourselves that softness feels unfamiliar. Loving-kindness isn't about forcing positivity. It's about letting the body remember what gentleness feels like.

This week's restorative flow is built around the Loving-Kindness meditation: slow shapes, long exhales, and simple phrases that land directly in your nervous system.

May I be safe.
May I be healthy.
May I be happy.
May I be peaceful.
May I be filled with loving kindness.

A quiet practice of offering yourself the tenderness you usually reserve for everyone else.

If you are craving a soft place to land, come rest with me. 🧘🏻‍♀️🩷

Solemn devotion to sacred work. 🧘🏻‍♀️🩷

It's just yoga, right?
Yes, but let me explain...

Yoga reminds you who are when you forget, when comparison creeps in, when you wander from yourself. Yoga calls you back: This is your lane. This is your breath.

Showing up messy, tired, unsure becomes the heart of your practice. Contentment doesn't depend on perfect timing. It's available right now in the mess.

The pose is never the point. The softening is. The unclenching. The choosing of gentleness over grit.

Your breath shifts before your mind catches up. A longer exhale becomes a small act of trust. A signal that you are safe.

Savasana teaches you don't have to be available to everything. You can turn your attention inward. You can rest.

Your attention wanders, you return. You wander, you return. This is devotion.

Sometimes meditation dissolves into simply being. Sometimes bliss thins the space between you and the world.

You practice because these moments remind you: You are sacred and worthy of devotion.

If you're feeling curious about yoga therapy and how it could empower you along your own journey, shoot me a message. I'd love to hear from you.

If you've practiced Hatha with me for a while, you might notice something: We move through almost the same sequence each week. 🧘🏻‍♀️

This is intentional.

Repeating a familiar practice helps your nervous system feel safe. When your body knows what's coming, you can settle into the practice instead of bracing for the unknown.

Familiar shapes build confidence. Familiar transitions build steadiness. Familiar rhythm builds trust.

When you feel safe, you can go deeper into your breath, your alignment, your strength, your presence.

Sattva Hatha isn't about performing new shapes every time. It's about returning to the same shapes with new awareness. New breath. New steadiness. New ease.

Same sequence.
New you.
Every time.
