Today, we celebrate 13 years of Mitchell Family Medicine and recognize three remarkable work anniversaries:

🎉 Dr. Aaron Mitchell — 13 years
From clinic physician to CEO and owner. Dr. Mitchell’s vision and servant leadership have grown beyond Mitchell Family Medicine. He is the owner and co-owner of several healthcare organizations and businesses and also serves as Medical Director of Dierksen Hospice & The Memphis Morning Center.

🎉 Tonya Nesbitt — 13 years
One of our original team members, Tonya began as a Certified Medical Assistant/ Lab Assistant, advanced to Clinic Manager, and now serves as Director of Human Resources & Education, help keeping the practice running smooth and efficiently.

🎉 Ashlea Key — 12 years
Ashlea began as a welcoming Front Desk Receptionist and now serves as Billing Manager, helping keep our practice operating successfully behind the scenes.

Through God’s faithfulness, we have grown from four employees and a small doctor’s office into a thriving medical complex with 41 employees.
