We are looking for experienced, motivated, and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing company at The Social Spectrum. This position is home-based.

Job responsibilities:

Conducts various behavioral assessments (Functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLLS, PEAK, Vineland ect.)
Write treatment plans based off clients needs and behavior analytic literature
Provides supervision and corrective feedback to behavior techs/RBT’s to ensure treatment fidelity
Monitor treatment progress of client through data collection and adjusts acquisition as needed.
Provides parent/guardian training to meet the needs of the client
Completes new assessments and re-assessments during client’s insurance authorization
Job requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Current certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
