On November 7, The Armory Track in New York City will welcome 960 Founding Athletes for the inaugural Super Age Games—and the range of people showing up might surprise you.

There will be cardiologists and personal trainers, yes. But there will also be people who began exercising seriously at 55—and others who decided, simply by signing up, that their longevity fitness journey starts now.

That’s exactly who the Super Age Games were built for: everyone. All ages. All bodies. All walks of life.

Across eight trials, athletes will test key markers scientists use to assess how well—and how long—we live, including grip strength, VO₂ max, balance, agility and working memory under physical stress. This isn’t speed for speed’s sake or a leaderboard built for marathon-ready 25-year-olds. It’s a genuine measure of where your healthspan stands today—and where it could go.
