🐴 MEET THE MEMBER MONDAY: FLAME! 🔥

Meet Flame, the newest member of the NHACC team! This handsome, friendly 3-year-old Standardbred just made the trip all the way from New York to Oklahoma to begin his second career with us!

Flame will soon begin training to drive in team as part of our historic horse-drawn artillery program, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what his future holds. ❤️🐴

So far, we’ve learned that Flame is a pretty easy guy to please—he LOVES:
🛁 Baths
💦 Drinking cold water straight from the hose
🪮 Long grooming sessions
🥕 Pretty much any treat offered
❤️ And ALL the attention he can get!

We’re thrilled to welcome this sweet young Standardbred to the NHACC family and can’t wait to share his training journey with you.

Welcome to the team, Flame! 🔥

The National Horse Artillery & Cavalry Conservancy (NHACC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Marlow, Oklahoma, is currently seeking six bay off-track Standardbreds to join our growing herd and support our equine-assisted therapy, community relations, and historical preservation missions.
