"I was experiencing plantars fasciitus heel & foot pain for 9 months with no relief. Heather determined 12-14 treatments during the consultation. I felt some relief the morning after my first appointment and was encouraged to continue my regular activities. It was the first time I didn't have to limp through my first morning steps. 14 appointments later I have found myself pain free. "I have been dealing with extreme pain from sciatica and spinal stenosis for the past year . Saw orthopedic doctor and surgeon , 5 months of physical therapy, 2 epidural injections and very little, temporary relief .Could barely walk. Surgery ( laminectomy)was recommended. Heather Shultz Acupuncture is looking for a motivated, friendly and positive full time (30+ hours/week) office admin to help us with our ongoing mission to to bring relief to patients suffering with chronic pain, infertility and to support those in cancer treatment and recovery.

Ideally, you are easy to work with, excited to learn new skills, and fun to be around as well as a great team player.

The one NINJA skill you MUST possess in order to be considered for this job is the ability to multitask handling phone calls, booking new patient visits and follow-up visits, and taking great care of our patients in the office.

And, if you ALSO have strong skills in the areas of gmail and google docs you’re definitely going to be at the top of the list. However, we can work with you if needed to get you there, especially if you bring a positive team oriented attitude to the table.

In order to be considered for this job, you MUST be bringing some serious people skills to our team.

"My #1 concern when visiting any new Dr. is how comfortable they make me feel. I have PTSD and that feeling of trust & safety is very important. That said Dr. Shultz made me feel so comfortable my 'anxiety alarm bells' never went off, as in I forgot to even feel anxious. I have been seeing Dr. Shultz for a few months now & have seen improvement in my pain management. It helps to have another person on 'the outside' looking in to help track progress to obtain a clear view of what's going on. The office is very relaxing & I see my appointment as taking some me tiime. So yes I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking an appointment!" - Jenn M.

If you have headaches, sinus, back pain, can’t stop smoking you need to make an appointment to see her as soon as possible!! She will take that all away for you. Heather Shultz is amazing. I was suffering from severe and frequent hot flashes that were affecting my quality of life. Not only was Heather able to help me tremendously, but she was able to estimate precisely how many sessions it would take until I would notice an improvement.
