Everybody wants the result.
Nobody wants to become the person it takes to earn it.

GLP-1 drugs are everywhere now. And a lot of coaches folded and started promoting them because it’s easier to sell shortcuts than discipline. I’m not against anybody trying to improve their life — but let’s call it what it is.

Manipulating your appetite isn’t the same thing as building strength.

The real transformation happens when you learn how to fight through cravings.
When you screw up your diet and get right back on track instead of quitting.
When you stop emotionally eating.
When you learn how to train with purpose.
When you build routines that make you mentally stronger, physically stronger, and healthier for LIFE.

15.2 weeks out from Pittsburgh.

But this journey is bigger than bodybuilding.

One thing I tell every client:
You do NOT need to step on a stage to transform your life.

Anybody can take 8, 12, or 16 weeks and decide:
“For this block of time, I’m choosing ME.”

Turn off the noise.
The drinking.
The junk food.
The excuses.
The distractions.

When you fuel your body right, train with purpose, and stay disciplined… good things happen mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Fitness has saved me more times than I can count. It gave me structure, purpose, and connection to God when life felt chaotic.

Standing cable chest fly done RIGHT.

This movement is all about stabilization and ex*****on. Since it’s a freestanding movement, your body has to work to stabilize the load so the chest can truly do the work. Biggest key? Keep those shoulder blades retracted so you can isolate the pec and stop the front delts from taking over.

You’ll notice I don’t let the elbows drift excessively deep behind the body and I keep the weight path controlled to protect the shoulders and keep constant tension on the chest. Slight lean forward, controlled tempo, squeeze hard through the contraction.

A lot of people call this a “finisher.” I disagree. You can use this movement anywhere in your workout — warm-up, activation work, or during your main chest training. Multiple angles, constant tension, and way less joint impact when performed correctly.

Aaron started with me at 243 lbs — and before that, he was over 250.

Now he’s down to 209.

That’s 40+ pounds gone, and in this shot he’s deadlifting 200 lbs.
