June is many things, one of which is PTSD Awareness Month. There are many therapists out there who can provide support. At WRIC, we have provided trauma support for over 10 years, and we have witnessed many clients get to a place where they feel much more balanced through trauma work. Please, if you’re feeling overloaded with trauma, then reach out to a local trauma therapist for support. Your insurance company will have a list of therapists for you, or you can google options in the area. Please take care of yourself because you are important💛🔆
