After many years in the fitness industry I wanted to dig deeper into helping others feel better and progress in their fitness and health goals. After suffering a major concussion and receiving tons of treatment, I was blown away with the positive effect massage therapy and muscle manipulation had on my healing process. We live in a stress driven world which can be overwhelming. Juggling family life, Jobs, and whatever responsibilities on your plate- you need to take the time for YOU. So many of us (myself included) are guilty of neglecting our own needs that it can create a negative ripple effect and cause unhealthy and other long term problems. Taking some time to prepare for our Guatemala trip and be fully present with my girls as they wrap up their soccer season. 💚⚽️ These moments go by too fast, and I don’t want to miss a thing! 🥹 I blinked and My baby turns 17 this weekend

Crazy we are a little over 2 weeks away from Nyla and I missions trip to Guatemala. So many of you have been so generous and have donated and participated in the fundraisers we hosted. We are less than $800 from reaching our goal. Thank you to all of you….please be praying in the days leading up to our departure….cant wait to see what the Lord has in store for this trip 🇬🇹

PSA to all my lovely clients and soon to be clients…I have entered the busy season of Mom Life and Bus Driving 🚌
With that being said -my Massage schedule is very limited. I am pretty much available during the day while school is in session, however my nights are full of driving, cheering obnoxiously and trying to get to bed at a reasonable time.
Please understand I am only one person who wears many hats especially this cool one from Petes Mercantile
But please, try to book ahead of time if you want to guarantee a spot on my table. I love you all and will see you soon.
