Dr. Kevin will go over your neurological scans (we don’t guess how your body is functioning!) along with your care plan.

This is also the day you get adjusted! Then the front desk ladies will guide you through scheduling and next steps.

Wondering what your first appointment for chiropractic would look like with us?

We will make sure to get you comfortable with the office and then dig right in to how you’re feeling, goals for treatment, and of course using tests and data to objectively see how your nervous system is functioning!

Just a post adjustment smile for baby 🫶

We like to joke that during an adjustment the “p**p button” is pushed, meaning baby is able to access the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) side of their nervous system and often has a big blowout later in the day.

Nothing is better when your newborn is happy and can eat, sleep, and p**p well!

Adjustments are super gentle, especially for newborns and babies. Our little gal got her first adjustment about 3 hours post birth and now eating, sleeping, and p**ping well 🫶

I’m beyond excited to share that Solena will soon be calling The Living Well Chiro & Acu home.
This new space feels like the perfect fit—one that is rooted in community, healing, and an abundance of love. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Kevin and Dr. Brianne. Their dedication to their patients, passion for serving the community, and commitment to providing exceptional care inspire me daily. Because of this, I know that this transition will only deepen the level of support, compassion, and care available to my clients.

While Solena will remain its own independent practice, we will now be sharing a space and continuing to create an environment where holistic healing can flourish.

Craniosacral therapy, neurological chiropractic care, and acupuncture really form the holy Trinity when it comes to supporting the nervous system and cultivating overall well-being. I’m incredibly excited to be part of a setting where these offerings can exist together under one roof.

I will also continue to offer doula care from this new location, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

My heart is full of gratitude as I continue this deeply meaningful and soul-nourishing work. Thank you to everyone who has supported Solena along the way. I can’t wait to welcome you into this new chapter.

We welcomed sweet Melody earlier this week! We are soaking in the snuggles and doing well🫶

Who is a skeptic when it comes to chiropractic?!

We absolutely love when a new patient comes in and they don’t “believe” in chiropractic care! The honesty is refreshing and we get a chance to utilize real, evidence-based data with INSiGHT scans to show how their nervous system is functioning before and after chiropractic care.

For the month of July, dads in the office get free scans and interpretation from Dr. Kevin! So come on dads, questions and curiosity are welcome!
