Splashing our way into CNA week! 💦

Another CNA week is upon us, and we have already begun the celebration! Department head dunk tank, superlatives, tie dye, custom claw clips, and more!

We love getting to celebrate all of their hard work and cannot wait to see what the rest of this week's celebrations have in store! ✨

Madison Health and Rehabilitation not only got the incredible opportunity to become a sponsor of the Marshall native gardens, we also got to involve our residents in the magic! ✨

With the help of local artist Christopher Mello and the Marshall Native Gardens crew, our residents were able to craft beautiful pottery using leaves gathered from the gardens. This was an incredible opportunity to not only see all the incredible things the garden has to offer but also explore our creative side and create masterpieces! 🍃

We look forward to more events like these in the future! 😊

Last week we celebrated National Skilled Nursing Week at Madison Health and Rehabilitation! ✨

This year's theme was "Moments in Bloom". The theme emphasizes how simple acts of compassion, connection, and collaboration among residents, families, and staff create meaningful experiences that empower residents to live life to the fullest.

We enjoyed all the fun activities this week brought, including a botanical brunch, live music, glamour shots, a family cookout, a petting zoo, a planting kindness workshop, and more! 💙

Our four mountain facilities (Madison Health and Rehabilitation, StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation, The Lodge at Mills River - Health and Rehabilitation, and Hendersonville Health & Rehabilitation) had the incredible opportunity to serve as the presenting sponsor for Mix 96.5’s Dog Day Afternoon at Lake Julian Park! 🐾☀️

We had a fantastic time handing out pup cups and dog-friendly goodies, and best of all, meeting so many adorable furry friends throughout the day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit us! We loved being part of such a fun community event! 💙

We’re enjoying a wonderful National Skilled Nursing Care Week at Madison Health and Rehabilitation! ✨
This week has been all about celebrating the incredible residents, caregivers, nurses, therapists, and support staff who make our community so special. We’re grateful for the compassion, dedication, and meaningful connections shared each day across our facility.

Thank you to our amazing teams for the care you provide and to our residents and families for allowing us to be part of your journey. We’re proud to celebrate the heart of skilled nursing care all week long! 💙

We had an incredible time celebrating and spoiling our amazing nurses during National Nurses Week at Madison Health and Rehabilitation! ✨

Throughout the week, our team enjoyed Yeti bags, catered lunches, and a variety of themed events created just for them. From a Sicily Summer Pizza Party complete with gelato and painting, to Boots & BBQ with branded cowboy hats, a Summer Solstice Soirée featuring flower arranging and wine glass charm making, and a fun-filled Kentucky Derby celebration with trivia and prizes. Every day was a chance to show our appreciation.

We wrapped up the week with “Our Nurses Are the Cherry on Top,” featuring cherry Coke floats, ice cream sundaes, and custom ceramic berry baskets! 🍒

We are so grateful for the compassion, dedication, and care our nurses provide each and every day. They truly deserve to be celebrated, not just this week, but all year long! 💙

🎻 Fiddlin’ 5K “Walk/Run for the Arts” Road Race
A fun-filled 5K featuring bluegrass music, community spirit, and support for the arts! We’ve loved being part of this event in the past and were excited to participate again this year with several staff members joining the race — including a first-place finish! 🏆
🌲 Hot Springs Town & Trail Fest
After proudly sponsoring and volunteering for trail clean-up efforts last year, we’re honored to continue supporting this incredible event. This year’s festival holds even deeper meaning as it focuses on rebuilding and strengthening the community following Hurricane Helene.
🏃 Burnsville Fit Family 5K
Another wonderful community event we’ve enjoyed supporting over the years! We’re proud to continue sponsoring this fun and family-focused 5K that promotes health, wellness, and togetherness.
👗 Four Seasons Resale Runway
We’re also honored to support the Four Seasons Resale Runway fashion show fundraiser and continue growing our partnership with the incredible Four Seasons Hospice team.

Madison Health and Rehabilitation would like to show our appreciation for Madison High School! We got the honor of hosting 10 students for a makeover and field day for our residents! Everyone enjoyed manicures, makeovers, fun hairstyles, and some friendly competition in basketball, hockey, corn hole, and golf! We enjoyed hosting everyone, and our residents certainly enjoyed their company! 😊

We had ourselves an Appalachian appreciation day at Madison Health and Rehabilitation, which could not have been complete without some fresh ramps!

Our staff and residents enjoyed a ramp fry with eggs, potatoes, bacon, and biscuits! The delicious delicacy is deeply intertwined with Appalachian culture, symbolizing tradition, natural medicine, and the start of spring!

We enjoyed this Appalachian spring delicacy that holds deep cultural significance in these serene mountains we call home. 💙
