Now that retirement came a little earlier than anticipated, it seems like a great time to start offering more yoga classes during the week. I previously checked into doing classes at Harlan Hall, but I am open to suggestions! I even thought about just using the backyard and letting the Chickies out afterwards! 😂
I’m tentatively thinking about offering a morning class or two (8 or 9 AM), a 4 or 5 PM evening class, and maybe a 6:30 or 7 PM Yin class (Great to help you sleep!). I would love to do Children’s yoga and a Chair yoga class, but those would probably be offered on site.
I am open to any and all suggestions! My goal will always be to find ways to introduce yoga to anyone with any level of interest and any level of mobility because I believe so strongly in the benefits. 🖤🧘🏻♀️🖤
On a completely random note, I just made the best Smoked Gouda with Bacon and Jalapeños sourdough bread, and it’s my favorite combo yet! I have a very happy hubby! 😂
