Hello everyone, today and every day is a day of gratitude! I'm so humbled by all of you that continue to trust me with your massage needs! 🥰 If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be where I am today with my business! As you have noticed I haven't been listing my monthly openings here lately. Why not you might ask, because I don't have anything!!! 🤯 My first opening as of now is November 27th and I only have 5 openings left for the month of December! I've even added more sessions per day than I usually do. All this to say THANK YOU, I'm still in disbelief that my year end is almost completely filled. I do have an ongoing wait-list, because yes last minute appointments do occasionally become available. That being said I'm going to start booking in 2027! Yes, call me crazy, but I've decided to open it up. If you're a person that knows they want regular consistent massages and want to secure a specific day or time for 2027, let me know. I've had a few people already choose this because they know they need a specific day and time. Again THANK YOU! 🥰

What is ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE?

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented, hands-on soft tissue therapy designed to relieve pain and restore mobility by breaking down scar tissue, adhesions, and fibrosis in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves caused by repetitive strain or acute injury.

How It Works

Unlike a standard deep tissue massage, which primarily treats broad muscle groups, ART is highly targeted. A certified practitioner uses their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments.

Combined Motion: The therapist applies precise, manual pressure to a specific restricted area while you are guided to actively move the affected body part through a full range of motion.

Breaking Adhesions: This combination of tension and movement separates and releases built-up scar tissue, allowing muscles and nerves to slide freely, improving circulation, and restoring proper function.

Conditions Treated
ART is frequently used by chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and sports medicine specialists to resolve both acute and chronic soft tissue conditions, including:

Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs):
Carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, and golfer's elbow.

Spine and Joints:

Session Length & Frequency:

Sensations:

Hey everyone I'm back from my training and a much needed vacation! I have several openings for the Infra-Red Sauna this week, so let me know if you would like a session! 30 minutes - $20, 45 minute - $25

Lastly, I have completed and now I'm certified in upper body Active Release Techniques. I'll be adding this to my services offered. It's not your typical massage technique, but it's very therapeutic if you're having specific issues with muscles. I'll be posting some information very soon!

I'm so excited to add this amazing modality to my practice! It was a long weekend of training and honestly doubting myself on whether I had the ability to pass the test! I left it all in God's hands and He answered! I can't wait to get back to work and help everyone with this new technique! ❤️
