Hot Springs Health Program Outpatient Physical Therapy is hiring! We are looking to add a PRN PT to our team. Expected starting schedule would be two days per week, as well as additional days for coverage of vacations and unplanned absences.

Sonya Lowe, CBCS OPPT Billing Specialist
John Lesh, PT, CLT, CMP specializes in manual therapy and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner.
Jennifer Black, DPT is a former collegiate athlete and is specialized in Dry Needling.
Erin Passarello, PT, CST-T is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist.

We are part of a Non-Profit Organization: Hot Springs Health Program. The clinic is located inside the Mashburn Medical Center in Marshall, NC.
The Hot Springs Health Program as an organization is a wonderful organization to work with. Our staff feel that there is not a better position working as a PT anywhere else.
HSHP has Home Health Care, Hospice, Outpatient, PT, in-house Pharmacies, and medical providers al in the same location. This gives us a true team approach to helping patients by having multiple resources in one location to collaborate.

All visits are one on one; we do not dovetail patients.
We do not use Rehab Techs as part of our treatments.
Each therapist has an autonomy to see their patients as they see fit.
We work as a team to support each other by sharing patients when necessary or discussing ideas with each other.
Ample time for evaluations allows therapists to provide thorough evaluations, a same day treatment, and document the evaluation.

About the position:
The position itself would start as PRN, with regular hours and flexible hours as needed for growth of the caseload as well as staff time off.
We have 3 private rooms setup for individual treatments with space available for another PT.
Our approach is blending manual hands-on interventions with exercise and neurological re-education.

Clinic Growth potential:
Adding a another PT in our clinic would open up a substantial amount of follow-up visits, and would get new evaluations scheduled sooner.
Opportunity for increased hours and potentially a position with benefits when census consistently justifies the need.
