🚧 Starting next week, the Highway 19/College Drive project will impact traffic to our 1104 East College Drive Avera Therapy location. Bruce Street will be closed from Willow Street to Charles Avenue — one block on each side of East College Drive.
If you have appointments at this site over the next few weeks, please plan to enter the parking lot from East College Drive as the Bruce Street entrance will be unavailable. Also, check your route and allow a little extra travel time if needed.

🚧 Highway 19/College Drive Reconstruction Project Traffic Update 🚧
Weather permitting, the intersection of Highway 19/Bruce Street will close beginning Tuesday morning, May 26th. Crews will begin major reconstruction work including replacement of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer infrastructure, signal system upgrades, roadbed improvements, and installation of new concrete pavement and sidewalks.
Bruce Street will be closed from Willow Street to Charles Avenue; however, both intersections will remain OPEN during construction.
Local businesses along Highway 19 will remain accessible from:
➡️ The west via North 3rd Street
➡️ The east via MN 23
Please note: traffic will not be able to cross Bruce Street during this phase of construction.

• Slow down and use extra caution in construction areas
• Watch for workers, equipment, and changing traffic patterns
• Follow posted detour signs and barricades
• Allow extra travel time and plan routes ahead when possible
