Enjoy this Mindful Moment with Courage 🐴💛

There's something about the deep breaths, grunts, and shakes as Courage enjoys a good roll that invites us to slow down. These natural, rhythmic sounds can help our nervous systems settle, reminding us that regulation isn't always something we do, sometimes it's something we experience.
