Welcome our nursing team Maggie, ARNP; Clint, ARNP; and Sara, LPN

Center Associates' medication providers are here to serve all existing (current) and new patients. Call our office today to set up your appointment and follow up for continued care.

If medication refills are needed, use the patient portal or call the Center at 641-752-1585 and get connected with our on-site nurse. If injections are needed, please call and you will be scheduled to come in to obtain it.

CA is excited to share good news that we have two new psychiatric medication providers to meet the needs in our community. Call CA for your next appt. Welcome Clint and Maggie

Clint is a board-certified advanced nurse practitioner with over six years of experience and background in substance use disorders, psychiatry, and family medicine. Skilled in providing behavioral health care to people of all ages, Clint is a knowledgeable and patient-centered nurse practitioner who focuses on the unique needs of each individual, utilizing behavioral therapy and medication to help treat those experiencing mental health disorders.

Maggie is board-certified across the lifespan and treats children and aduls. She has 14 years of psychiatric nursing experience, and provides psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, and supportive care to patients via telehealth. She holds three nursing degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Her approach is providing relationship-based care to build a strong therapeutic connection that considers the whole person. She is certified in nutritional psychiatry, and diet and exercise are part of the conversation for every patient she treats. She will also discuss other non-pharmacological approaches

Dear Marshalltown and surrounding communities/counties:

Center Associates continues to provide behavioral, mental and emotional wellness to Marshalltown and the surrounding communities and counties. We have heard that Center Associates is "closing" but THIS IS NOT TRUE. We are open and we provide the following services:

• Medication Management (to include SPRAVATO)
• Individual, Couples and Family Therapy
• Same-day access (Urgent Care) – Emergency Services
• Evaluation, Education and Consultation services
• In-Home Family Therapy and BHIS
• Community Support Services
• Genoa Pharmacy will serve the community through CA

The need for mental health services in our community remains significant, and we encourage individuals and families to seek support wherever it is available and most comfortable. We remain committed to providing valuable, compassionate services for you and your family. Seeking help is a sign of strength, and support is available. If not through Center Associates, many trusted behavioral health resources in our community are here to help.
