Our residents had a blast getting into the football spirit with a good old-fashioned tailgate party! 🏟️❤️ We enjoyed delicious food, lots of laughs, and great company while cheering on our favorite teams! 🌭🍿🏈

Nothing beats good food, football, and making memories together! 🥰🏆

A big S/O to Suncrest Home Health & Hospice - West Des Moines, Iowa for coming out and teaming up with our Activities Assistant to bring a little Iowa State Fair fun to our residents! 🎡🎟️💛

Together, they put on such a fun event filled with games, prizes, lots of laughs, and of course some yummy fair food! 🍿🏆😋

Our residents had such a great time! Thank you to Suncrest and our Activities Assistant for working together to make this special event so much fun! ❤️

🌟 Resident of the Month: Marvin M. 🌟

Marvin was born in Wisconsin and is a devoted husband and proud father of four children. Before retiring, Marvin worked as a farmer and later as an insurance salesman.

Marvin is a funny, sweet, and kind gentleman who brings so much joy to those around him. He loves spending time in the nursery with the babies, where you can often find him singing them lullabies. 🎶 He also enjoys spending time outside and soaking up the fresh air.

Marvin’s advice to the youth is, “Enjoy every day like it’s your last.” ❤️

We are so lucky to have Marvin as part of our Accura family. Please help us congratulate him on being our Resident of the Month! 🎉

What a wonderful evening at our Family BBQ! ❤️🌭🎶

A HUGE thank you to Paul Davis for coming out and singing for us during the BBQ, and of course, to his pup Billy, who was so sweet with all of our residents! 🐾❤️ Your music and Billy’s visits made the evening extra special, and our residents and families truly enjoyed having you both there. 🎤🎶

Thank you to all of the families who joined us and spent the evening making memories with their loved ones. We loved seeing everyone together! ❤️

And of course, a big thank you to all of our amazing staff who helped make the evening possible! From preparing and serving food to setting up, cleaning up, and making sure everyone had a great time, we appreciate each and every one of you.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make our Family BBQ such a great evening! ☀️🍔❤️
