We're excited to have Luci coming back to Be Well for another sound bath!
We had such a wonderful experience with her at our last one, and we're looking forward to doing it again.
If you've never been to a sound bath, don't let that stop you! It's a chance to slow down, get comfortable, and enjoy some peaceful sounds while taking a little time for yourself.
Our next sound bath November 22nd starts at 3:00 PM.

Today we're sending a little extra appreciation to the people who show up when others need them most. ❤️
Happy National First Responders Day!
To our firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, police officers, dispatchers, and everyone working behind the scenes to keep our communities safe, thank you.
Your jobs aren't always easy. The long shifts, missed family moments, physical demands, and things you carry home with you don't go unnoticed.
You spend so much of your time showing up for others, often on their hardest days.
We hope you know how appreciated you are.
From all of us at Be Well, thank you for everything you do for Marshfield and our surrounding communities.
Please remember that the people who take care of everyone else deserve to be taken care of, too.

Just another perfectly normal day at Be Well... or something like that. 👻😂
At this point, we're pretty sure nobody remembers whose idea this was, but we're also pretty sure nobody regrets it!
We've got Shrek slippers, questionable hats, a whole lot of attitude, and apparently some very fashionable bedsheets.
Who knew a little photoshoot could turn into this much entertainment?
We always tell people Be Well is a place to relax, unwind, and take a break from everyday stress. Apparently, we just have a slightly different way of doing that ourselves!
And if you've been down here before, you already know we're a pretty laid-back bunch who love a good laugh.
We might be tucked away downstairs, but there's never a dull moment with this crew!
We promise we're better at wellness than we are at modeling. 😂
And before you think we've finally run out of pictures and videos... don't worry. We've saved the best for last.

Is it just us, or does everything seem a little stiffer when Wisconsin starts getting cold?
One minute you're enjoying the beautiful fall weather, and the next you're waking up wondering why your knees, back, and shoulders have so many opinions.
You're definitely not the only one!
Some people notice more stiffness or discomfort as temperatures drop. Cooler weather can also mean we're moving around less, which doesn't always help.
At Be Well, we have several wellness options people enjoy exploring for comfort and recovery.
Our SolaDerm red light bed uses photobiomodulation technology.
Our TheraJet provides a relaxing dry water massage without having to get wet.
Our PEMF equipment uses pulsed electromagnetic fields and is another option people ask about for their wellness routines.
Every body is different, and no single therapy works for everyone.
We're happy to explain what each one does and help you decide whether it might be a good fit.

Apparently, putting on bedsheets wasn't enough. 😂
One minute we're taking pictures for a silly trend, the next we're dancing to Nelly, trying out equipment, and giving each other fashion advice through a bedsheet.
Somewhere along the way, we forgot this was supposed to be a quick photoshoot.
From the SolaDerm to the salt booth, we made sure to give just about everything the full Be Well experience!
If you've ever wondered what kind of people are working downstairs at Be Well, well... now you know.
We love what we do, we love our little crew, and we're definitely not afraid to look ridiculous together.
Good people, good laughs, and a little self care. That's our kind of wellness!
And yes, there's still more. Unfortunately for everyone involved, we have cameras.

Meet the Staff Monday: Part 2
Amabel! 💙
You might not see Amabel around quite as much now that school and volleyball are in full swing, but this girl GRINDS when she's here! From helping keep things running to sending texts and emails and making sure our Be Well family feels welcome and cared for, she does so much more behind the scenes than you might think! 🥰
After volleyball, you'll find her using SolaDerm for those post practice aches, compression sleeves, and the AquaVive massage chair. And yes, she's fallen asleep back there more times than we can count! 😂 After a stressful day, the sauna is her go to for unwinding and relaxing those tired muscles.
We're so proud of this girl and SO thankful she's part of our Be Well family! 💙
