Some weeks are harder than others. Some days we take two steps forward and one step back.

This week, focus on what you can change. Take it one day at a time, lean on your support system, spend time with God, and keep making choices that lead you toward the life you want.

Today we celebrate the amazing progress he has made over the past 3 months at Lane Change Webster! 🙌❤️

Clay has shown dedication, a willingness to change, and a commitment to building a better life for himself and his family. His journey is a reminder that change is possible, hope is real, and a new life is within reach! 💪

We asked Clay what Lane Change Webster means to him, and his answer was simple but powerful:

🔥 SOBER SATURDAY: STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND START MAKING CHANGES! 🔥

Recovery begins when we stop blaming our circumstances, pointing fingers, and making excuses for the things we need to change.

You want a different life? Start making different decisions! 📖 Read your Bible. Pray. Get to a meeting. Reach out for support.

Surround yourself with people who encourage your growth. Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect situation, or someone else to change first.

This Sober Saturday, ask yourself: Am I making excuses for where I am, or am I making changes to get where I want to be?

There is a powerful story in the Bible about a woman who had been suffering for 12 years.

She had tried everything, spent what she had, and still couldn’t find healing.

When she heard about Jesus, she believed that if she could just touch the hem of His garment, she could be made whole.

What if we approached recovery with that same kind of faith? ❤️

Some of us know what it feels like to struggle for years. We have tried to fill the emptiness, escape the pain, and fix ourselves in ways that only left us hurting more.

Addiction may have taken our peace, our relationships, and our hope, but it does not have to write the rest of our story!

Sometimes healing begins when we reach out to Jesus and admit that we cannot do it alone. We surrender our struggles, ask for His help, and take the next step.

Touching the robe wasn’t about the fabric. It was about her faith in the One who could heal her. 🙌

1. CATCH IT 🧠

Learn to notice what you are thinking and feeling. Sometimes our thoughts happen so quickly that we react before we even realize what is going through our minds.

2. CHECK IT ✅

Stop and examine the thought. Is it really true? Are you looking at the whole situation, or are you letting fear, shame, anger, or past mistakes control how you see yourself?

3. CHANGE IT ⛓️‍💥

Replace an unhelpful thought with one that is realistic, encouraging, and supports recovery. This doesn't mean ignoring problems. It means choosing a healthier way to face them.

SOBER SATURDAY! 💪❤️

Going sober doesn’t mean life gets boring. It means you finally get the chance to LIVE it! 🙌

It means waking up without regrets, keeping the promises you make, rebuilding relationships, finding new hobbies, laughing with friends, and making memories you actually remember! 🎉

It’s about discovering a better life. You don’t have to spend your weekends recovering from last night when you can spend them building the life you’ve always wanted. 💯

If you’re sober today, be proud of yourself! Every sober Saturday is another opportunity to grow, heal, and prove to yourself that life can be good without substances.

Sobriety isn’t missing out. It’s getting your life back! ❤️💪
