Your child's PT or OT is not the problem. 🧠

If you've done the exercises, the tummy time, the hand-over-hand practice — for months, maybe years — and progress still feels stuck, that exhaustion is real. You haven't been doing it wrong.

Here's the piece that usually gets missed: muscles don't build tone on their own. Nerves tell them how. If the signal between brain and muscle isn't clear, no amount of reps can make up for that gap.

Nervous system first. Motor system second. Get that sequence right, and PT and OT finally have something to work with.
